Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items on sale or purchased with a discount code greater than 30%
• Items without original packaging

Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order ID and reason for return
3. We will provide a return pickup
4. Refund is initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
