Cancellation policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Email menzaurofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We'll refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. Refuse the delivery or request a return under our Returns & refunds policy instead.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item goes out of stock, your PIN code can't be served, a price was shown wrongly because of an obvious error, or a payment looks fraudulent. If we do, we'll tell you by email and refund you in full.

Unpaid or failed payments

If a payment doesn't complete, the order is released automatically after a short hold and nothing is charged. If money left your account for a failed payment, it's normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Write to us if it isn't.
