MENZAUR is a product operated by Svaith Labs LLP. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Svaith Labs LLP, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products

• We photograph our real products and try to show them accurately. Finish and colour can look slightly different on different screens and in different light.
• Product details, including size and length where listed, are on each product page.
• Our pieces are fashion jewellery. They aren't made of precious metals unless the product page says so.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping, if any, is shown before you pay.
• We don't show inflated "original" prices. The price you see is the price.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We don't store card or UPI details.
• If a price or product detail is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your order number. Stock is limited, and we may refuse or cancel orders, for example when an item runs out, a PIN code can't be served or fraud is suspected. You'll be refunded in full. We may limit quantities per order.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Coupons and offers

Coupons can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Orders that misuse offers may be cancelled.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, interfering with its security, placing fraudulent orders, or posting unlawful content in reviews. We may suspend access for misuse.

Reviews

Reviews come only from verified customers. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or unlawful, but we don't remove reviews just because they're negative.

Intellectual property

The MENZAUR name, logo, product names, photography, text and design belong to Svaith Labs LLP and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Grievances and contact

Email menzaurofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Grievance". We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
