MENZAUR is a product operated by Svaith Labs LLP, which is responsible for the information described in this policy. "We" and "us" below mean Svaith Labs LLP. This policy explains how we collect and uses your personal data when you visit menzaur.com or buy from us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- **Order details:** name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- **Account details:** your email address, if you sign in with a one-time code.
- **Payment information:** payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only the payment status, method and reference.
- **Support messages:** what you send us by email or Instagram.
- **Usage data:** pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies only if you allow them.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver and support your order (needed for our contract with you).
- To send order updates such as confirmation, shipping and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To keep invoices and tax records, as the law requires.
- With your consent, to measure and improve the site and our advertising.
We don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the store, and only what each one needs: Razorpay (payments), courier partners (delivery), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (storage), Google (order records and analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement, with consent). We may also share data when the law requires it. **We never sell your personal data.**
Where it's stored
Some of our providers store data on servers outside India. We use providers with recognised security standards.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
- Account and support data: as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run your bag, sign-in and checkout. We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email menzaurofficial@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, have to be kept by law.
Children
Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Grievance officer
Email menzaurofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy". If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
